Private White V.C. Autumn/Winter 2013 collection

August 29, 2013

Shot by renowned photographer Matthew Comer, comes the latest lookbook from Manchester’s Private White V.C. For the shoot, the natural and rugged aesthetics of the American landscape served as the perfect backdrop, helping to highlight the traditional and fine quality craftsmanship of this Autumn/Winter 2013 collection.

Manufactured in the label’s Manchester factory, these carefully crafted garments take their inspiration from military style. Key pieces include their ‘Manchester’ Pea Coat, which is hand-crafted from the finest 100% wool Melton from Mallalieus of Delph and features military grade RIRI copper hardware and British-made shank buttons.

Also in the collection are ‘The Northerner’ – a quilted parka which is handcrafted using the finest 100% cotton Ventile, the SB4 Unlined Mac which also comes in cotton Ventile, with taped seams adding to its already impressive water resistance. Then there’s also the Twin Track Biker Jacket with Beeswax lined coating and Harris Tweed detailing and the limited edition Jeep coat, which is based on the original WWII coat that’s synonymous with the Willis Jeep.

This new collection is beginning to find its way into shops and online, so for more information on the label, to find your nearest retailer or buy online, go to the website here: Private White V.C.
