Fallow Spring/Summer 2012 lookbook
Here’s a selection of imagery from British denim brand Fallow’s Spring/Summer 2012 lookbook. It follows in the footsteps of their previous offerings but this season is a less mean and moody affair than the last (find that here).
The look book is all about the Autumnal equinox, embracing the arrival of the sun and celebrating the rebirth and life that it brings. The shoot took place at sun rise in the Sussex countryside near where they live, with the images courtesy of talented photographer, Sam Hiscox.
Spring/Summer sees the guys strike out with their first shirt collection, which marries Japanese chambray with English Oxford cotton to create shirts with contrast and fine detailing. These include hidden breast pockets, natural horn or shell buttons and sleeve catchers on the long sleeve shirts.
On the denim side there’s a Summer weight, 10oz (2.75oz’s lighter than their standard denim) red selvedge raw jean in a slim fit, featuring a grey hand-tanned Scottish deer hide waistband patch, along with the details like multi-coloured fly buttons and different colour stitching Fallow are known for.
