Outlier – Liberated Wool Hoodie

March 13, 2012

The Liberated Wool Hoodie marks yet another Experimental Edition from the guys at Outlier. This time they’ve taken a quintessential casual item, their classic hoodie and re-made in the Wool fabric from their lauded Peacoat.

The finished product is a zip-up hoodie with a beautiful yarn-dyed worsted wool outer face, soft fleece interior and four way stretch, all of which combine to make a remarkably light and virtually weatherproof garment that’ll keep you moving in comfort and style.

The revolutionary 2.5 layer wool softshell that is both breathable and warm whilst the Nanosphere treatment shrugs off light rain showers and spills. In addition, a polyurethane membrane and fleece interior keep you comfortable in a wide range of temperatures.

The whole thing is made in New York City from Swiss fabric (33% Wool, 39% Polyester, 15% Nylon, 10% Polyurethane, 3% Elastane) and features include a three panel drawstring hood with hidden cord pulls, raglan sleeves for ease of movement with Nylon/merino cuffs, hidden cord locks and a two-way YKK zip.
