IGNOBLE – Alternate Future Collection

November 1, 2011

Two brothers, two designs, one objective with two distinctly different outcomes. That’s the Introduction to the Alternate Future Collection by IGNOBLE, the Los Angeles based Men’s luggage brand. The collection contains two new bag styles which follow the same look and feel as other bags in the range but offer different key features.

Each Alternate Future release is conceived as an exploration of the characteristics that define a backpack. The results are a demonstration of how adjusting just a small number of variables can yield seemingly infinite possibilities – the bags here share many of the same features but at the same time are very different from one another.

Both bags emphasise IGNOBEL’s unique, shape-driven design, with clean aesthetics and unobtrusive and functional features, all of which is done in the brands signature black high density and water resistant 400D nylon which means these bags will take pretty much anything you can throw their way.

The Wonderly Canister rucksack is a large full capacity travel bag with padded straps, padded air mesh back, left and right side stash-pockets, a hood stash pocket and a large zip closure main compartment (using YKK zips) with draw sack, internal hanging-pocket and book-sleeve.

In contrast, the Stilwin Seedpod is a sleek day pack, again featuring padded straps and back, a single main compartment with internal hanging-pocket and book-sleeve. Both bags are strictly limited to 325 pieces each and are available now. If you’d like one, or just want more information on the brand, go to their website here: IGNOBLE.
