MOOS Tailored Basics sweatshirt

March 8, 2011

Not content with producing beautiful bespoke denimwear, Koen who’s the man behind MOOS has recently been working on producing a sweatshirt of a quality to equal his jeans.

These crew neck sweatshirts are made from a charcoal cotton jersey from the USA which comes in a heavyweight 542g. This is then shipped to Japan to be knitted by Toki-sen-i in Wakayama.

The result is these six sweatshirts. Yes, that’s right, there’s only six of them. Well actually, there’s only three of them now – two in a medium and a sole XL are left to buy, priced at a cool € 200 each. Now that’s rather a lot for a sweatshirt, but honestly, where else are you going to get something like this?

For more information on the brand, or to get yourself one of the remaining sweatshirts, go here: MOOS Tailored Basics.
