Vanishing Elephant Spring/Summer 2013 collection
With the launch of their Northern Hemisphere Spring/Summer 2013 collection, Australia’s Vanishing Elephant find themselves at somewhat of a crossroads – an ongoing feeling of evolution and a debate about combining what they love with what is practical.
With this season there was a desire to create a range of concise individual pieces that stand alone, but also come together into a well rounded collection, anchored by colour, detail and silhouette. There’s an increase in tailoring with some beautiful suiting, balanced perfectly with the more casual elements the label are loved for.
Other notable additions to the line up include fine selvedge slim straight jeans, cotton outerwear and military inspired shapes. As ever there’s plenty of excellent prints at the forefront, from delicate white patterns through to Leopard print and large, bold florals. The range is diverse, bold and eminently wearable, so the lads should consider that job done.

Leopard print shorts? For men? Seriously?
You’ll be thrilled to know that these are in now. This season’s full of them!
